Technical Excellence
- 5 points Accessibility to various browsers both graphical and text,
evaluated thru use of mechanized tools - 5 points Compliance with technical standards
thru use of various html and css validator tools - 5 points credit for creative use of tools like PHP, Ruby, Perl, Python, etc.
- 5 heavy use of css or use of a CMS
