FACUG is the successor organization to the Florida Suncoast Conference of PC User Groups. Suncoast was one of the early regional groups having been started in 1989 in Sarasota.

Vendors

When user groups want a vendor to present at their meeting, whom do they contact? FACUG keeps an up-to-date list of vendors and contacts on its Web site. The meeting schedule makes it easy to coordinate with neighboring groups so that vendors can make several presentations in an area within the same week. Also, some vendors offer special services and discounts only to FACUG user groups.
